Where are you located?

 I’m located in the Taunton area, but I provide online therapy services to clients throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. 

How does online therapy work?

Sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, allowing you to attend therapy from the comfort of your home. After completing the preliminary paperwork, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a secure session link to join the virtual meeting room. 

Do you offer in-person sessions?

 No. At this time, I offer online-only sessions, which makes scheduling more flexible and convenient for your lifestyle. 

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, I currently accept the following insurance plans:

  • Aetna
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island
  • Cigna
  • Optum


 I also provide superbills that you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement. 

What are your fees?

  • Initial Intake Session: $170
  • 50-60 Minute Sessions: $150
    All fees are due at the end of each session.

What is your cancellation policy?

At Heart-to-Heart Counseling, I have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

  • No-shows: $75 fee
  • First late cancellation: Fee is waived
  • Subsequent late cancellations: $75 per missed session

What can I expect during my first appointment?

Our first session will focus on getting to know each other. We’ll discuss your background, what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what you hope to achieve through our work together. 

How long do I need to be in therapy?

Therapy length varies based on your needs. Most clients attend weekly sessions for around six months, and frequency may be reduced as progress is made. Whether you’re an individual or a couple, we’ll tailor the process to meet your unique goals. 

How can I book a session?

 You can schedule a session via:

  • Email
  • Phone or text
  • Client portal (if you're an existing client) 

What’s the best way to contact my therapist?

The best way to reach me is by email. I typically respond within 24 hours.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Client portal (if you're an existing client) 

Is therapy confidential?


Absolutely. I use HIPAA-compliant tools for all sessions, phone communications, emails, and documentation to ensure your information is kept private and secure.
